Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist in Point Pleasant, WV for a home health assignment. Provide patient evaluations, plans of care and treatments for individuals recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions, with a focus on home-based care. 40-hour work week with mileage reimbursement between patient visits; assignment covers Mason and Jackson Counties, WV. Requires PT degree (Master’s or Doctoral; Bachelor’s acceptable with experience), WV or compact license, and BLS certification if required. Full travel support includes 100% paid housing and travel/license reimbursement; no on-call or weekend requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Bachelor's acceptable if combined with required experience.
- Active WV Physical Therapist license or compact license valid for practice in West Virginia prior to start.
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
