Job Summary
Conduct outpatient physical therapy services in Springfield, PA, by evaluating patients, developing and modifying treatment plans, and directing discipline-specific therapy. Design functional programs supporting community reintegration while educating patients, families, and students. Maintain professional standards, confidentiality compliance, and safety practices. Complete thorough evaluations, create measurable goals, and document care clearly with quality indicators and letters of medical necessity. Ensure alignment with physician orders and payer approvals. Participate in student training and professional development. Adhere to safe patient handling and infection control protocols. Schedule format is 5x8. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active Pennsylvania State Physical Therapy license
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Demonstrated competence in completing comprehensive evaluations, developing treatment plans, goal writing, and documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Maintain professional licensure in good standing and satisfy state-mandated continuing education requirements
