Job Summary
Conduct home health physical therapy services for patients recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions. Maintain a productivity expectation of 30 points per week using the Home Care Home Base EMR. Work Monday through Friday with no on-call requirement, though coverage areas may extend within an hour of the hub city based on referral volume. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
