Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist to deliver patient-centered care in an acute hospital setting. You will evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans to restore mobility and reduce pain, and provide education for long-term wellness. The role requires an active Arizona PT license, BLS certification, and experience in acute inpatient rehabilitation, with the ability to float to other regional facilities as needed. Shift is Days, 13-week assignment with 36 hours/week, weekends required, plus benefits including weekly pay, medical options, 401(k) matching, housing options, recruiter support, and travel/license reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Arizona physical therapy license required prior to start of assignment
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC required
- Experience in acute inpatient rehabilitation required
- Experience with Cerner EMR preferred
- Willingness and ability to float to other regional hospital facilities as needed
- Ability to meet facility immunization and onboarding requirements
