Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist opportunity in Milford, MA providing home health care where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing a new location. Responsibilities include delivering PT services in patients' homes within a defined territory, adhering to Homecare Homebase EMR, and meeting productivity targets. Shift options include 5x8 (Mon–Fri) or 4x10s, with a primary coverage area covering Milford and surrounding towns. Collaboration with a PT/COTA pair may be considered. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active MA Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- Home Health experience preferred
- Experience using electronic medical records
- Familiarity with Homecare Homebase preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for patient visits within a manageable territory
- May consider a PT/COTA pair; COTA applicants may be considered when submitted with a PT
