Job Summary
Provide skilled physical therapy services within a continuing care retirement community (CCRC) located in Hollidaysburg, PA. Conduct patient evaluations, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and document progress to support resident mobility, safety, and functional independence. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support geriatric residents. Travel contract with shift hours 08:30–16:30, Monday–Friday; 30-minute meal break. 100% paid housing available for eligible travelers and travel/license reimbursement. Requires a Physical Therapy degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral) and an active Pennsylvania PT license; BLS may be required. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active Pennsylvania state physical therapy license required to start the assignment
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- Experience working in continuing care, assisted living, or skilled nursing settings preferred
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate, develop, and implement rehabilitation plans for geriatric populations preferred
