Job Summary
Provide primary outpatient physical therapy in a multidisciplinary outpatient clinic in West Haven, CT as the sole PT, treating a diverse caseload including sports injuries, post-operative care, and neuro presentations across adolescents to geriatrics. Work Monday through Friday with potential 4x10s; EMR system WebPT; interviews likely via virtual format; licensure in CT required; outpatient experience essential; benefits begin day one including medical and 401(k); travel and license reimbursement options with potential housing support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active Connecticut Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment
- Outpatient physical therapy experience is required
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- Experience with WebPT EMR preferred
