Job Summary
Deliver physical therapy services to patients recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions across Providence, Bristol, Kent, and Washington counties. Maintain an 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM schedule Monday through Friday, with a requirement to cover two weekend days monthly. Achieve a productivity target of 30 points while managing home exercise plans and OASIS documentation. Hold an active state license, BLS certification, and HCHB homecare experience to begin the assignment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License
- HCHB Homecare experience
- Home exercise planning experience
- OASIS experience
- RI compact license
- 2 weekend days per month
- 30 points productivity requirement
Desired Qualifications
- BLS Certification from AHA or ARC
