Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist in outpatient orthopedics providing evidence-based interventions and progressing patients through plan-of-care milestones. Manage a high-volume caseload with roughly 12 patient visits per 8-hour day in a clinic that schedules follow-ups in 30-minute increments and new evaluations in 60 minutes. Clinic staff includes an aide to assist patient flow. New graduates may be considered; active Maryland PT license required; BLS may be required. Required Qualifications
- Active Maryland PT license required to start the assignment
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required
- Entry-level or advanced degree in Physical Therapy (Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral) from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Experience or comfort working in outpatient orthopedic settings preferred
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload; clinics expect approximately 12 patient visits in an 8-hour day
