Job Summary
Conduct physical therapy services for patients recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions within Clinton County, MI. Maintain an active state license and complete 30 points per week of productivity using the Home Care Home Base EMR. Travel within a one-hour radius of the coverage hub city based on referrals. Hold a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree from an APTA-accredited school with required BLS certification. Home health experience is required for this assignment.
