Job Summary
Conduct physical therapy services for patients recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions within home health settings. Manage caseload productivity expectations as defined by the client while providing care in assigned territories including Fremont, Castro Valley, Hayward, Newark, San Leandro, Union City, Oakland, Berkeley, and Alameda. Maintain active California Physical Therapist licensure and BLS certification, with weekend coverage and occasional out-of-area travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active California Physical Therapist license
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in home health settings
- Willingness to travel within assigned county territories including Fremont, Castro Valley, Hayward, Newark, San Leandro, Union City, Oakland, Berkeley, Alameda, and nearby areas as needed
- Willingness to work weekends when needed
- Ability to manage caseload productivity expectations as defined by the client
