Job Summary
Conduct physical therapy services for patients recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions in home health settings. Provide care across various locations nationwide while rotating weekends and potentially working on observed holidays. Float to other nearby home health agencies as needed to meet assignment demands. Maintain an active state license and hold a doctoral degree from an accredited APTA-approved school. Required Qualifications
