Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist in Needham, MA provides home health care to evaluate functional status, develop PT plan of care, and deliver evidence-based treatment to relieve pain and restore/maintain function. Must document progress notes per policy and communicate changes to nursing and physicians. Requires PT degree, MA licensure, CPR, and reliable vehicle for patient visits. Evening shifts (2000-0400), 32 hours per week, on-call and weekend coverage. Coverage area includes Boston and surrounding areas with visits across the agency service area. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of Massachusetts
- Current CPR certification
- Current driver's license, vehicle insurance, and access to a dependable vehicle for patient visits
- Experience in home health settings preferred
- Ability to work autonomously and onboard quickly preferred
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s Degree required
