Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist needed for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Lewistown, MO. Responsibilities include evaluating, treating, and documenting patient progress using evidence-based practice and standardized assessments; developing and adjusting individualized plans of care; performing manual techniques, therapeutic exercise, ambulation training, wound care, and use of assistive devices; collaborating with an interdisciplinary team; participating in care conferences; and completing regulatory documentation and treatment minute tracking. Required Qualifications
- Active Missouri state license required
- Compact license accepted
- Minimum 1 year PT clinical experience required
- Experience in long-term care or rehab required
- Proficiency with electronic documentation systems and accurate treatment minute recording
- Ability to supervise PT assistants, rehab aides, and students when applicable
- BLS certification may be required from AHA or ARC
