Job Summary
Conduct outpatient physical therapy for patients recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions in Louisville, KY. Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, treatment planning, goal writing, and documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines. Maintain safe patient handling and follow clinic safety procedures. Hold an active Kentucky Physical Therapy license, a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree from an APTA-accredited program, and BLS certification. Participate in student supervision and professional development activities. Work a 5x8 shift pattern for a 13-week assignment. Gain clinical variety and assignment flexibility while receiving housing assistance, travel reimbursement, and 24/7 recruiter support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active Kentucky Physical Therapy license
- Clinical competency in comprehensive patient evaluation, treatment planning, goal writing, and documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Ability to perform safe patient handling and follow clinic safety procedures
Desired Qualifications
