Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist needed in Egg Harbor Township, NJ for a Home Health contract. Core responsibilities include evaluating patient functional status and providing physical therapy services within scope of practice in a home health setting. Evening shift (2000-0400), schedule 5x8, 40 hours per week, with mileage reimbursement for travel between patient visits within Atlantic County. Requires NJ physical therapy license, CPR, and a valid driver’s license. BLS may be required. Benefits include travel/license reimbursement and housing options where applicable.
