Job Summary
Help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Far Rockaway, NY. Provide mobility training and falls prevention care to geriatric populations. Maintain active New York State licensure and utilize electronic medical records systems. This travel assignment offers days shifts with weekly, on-time pay and 100% paid housing. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active New York State PT license
Desired Qualifications

- Documented experience with geriatrics, mobility training, and falls prevention
