Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Job Summary
Provide in-home physical therapy services across a defined rural/suburban service area, traveling within the designated coverage area to deliver patient-centered care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient independence and recovery, document outcomes, and contribute to continuity of care. Requires a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy (or higher) and an active Pennsylvania PT license, with BLS certification potentially required. Travel is a core element, with mileage reimbursement and assignment details including a 32-hour guarantee per week and weekend/on-call discussions. Location: Ebensburg, PA area; benefits include housing assistance where applicable and travel/license reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy or higher from an accredited program preferred; Bachelor's acceptable if client allows (Master's as minimum)
- Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapy license
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- Experience in Home Health setting preferred
- Experience providing care across multiple service areas including Cambria County, Northern Cambria, and Indiana County preferred
- Professional certification required as noted by client
- Ability to travel within designated coverage area
- Mileage reimbursement provided
- Professional appearance consistent with client dress code
