Job Summary
Traveling Physical Therapist in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. Provide therapeutic interventions for post-operative, neurologic, and chronic condition management; engage in geriatric rehabilitation and documentation within SNF systems. Work 5x8 days (08:30–16:30) with potential to float to other facilities within the region over a 13-week assignment. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, maintain patient records, and participate in relocation-supported travel assignments with full-time pay and comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Active Michigan Physical Therapy license
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or ARC
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
