Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist needed for a 13-week outpatient assignment in Floyds Knobs, IN. You will evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans, document per clinic and payer requirements, and provide direction for discipline-specific therapy services in an outpatient clinic setting. Responsibilities include supervising staff, performing functional treatment programs, and maintaining licensure and continuing education. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active Indiana Physical Therapy license is required
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- No new graduates. Minimum prior clinical experience in outpatient physical therapy required
- Experience evaluating patients, developing and implementing treatment plans, and documenting per clinic and payer requirements
- Experience with functional treatment programs and safe patient handling techniques
- Ability to supervise, delegate, and provide direction for discipline-specific therapy services
- Maintain professional licensure in good standing and complete state-mandated continuing education as required
