Job Summary
Provide skilled physical therapy services to residents in a skilled nursing facility in Socorro, NM. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, document patient progress, and meet productivity expectations. Dress code is black scrubs. Therapist must be present in the building to receive guaranteed hours. Therapist to follow company policies and procedures. Impact patient care by delivering evidence-based interventions, clear documentation, and effective communication with nursing and therapy staff to support continuity of care and facility outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active New Mexico state physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
- Ability to meet a productivity requirement of 90%.
