Job Summary
Join Jackson Therapy Partners as a traveling Physical Therapist (PT) in Home Health. Provide patient care to help recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions across various locations, with assignment options including direct-hire, temp-to-hire, and travel contracts. You’ll work a days shift (facility type: Home Health) with points per visit and an EMR system (Homecare Homebase), and receive benefits from day one, weekly pay, full medical benefits & 401k matching, 100% paid housing, travel and license reimbursement, and relocation assistance. Qualifications include a Physical Therapy degree (BLS may be required), active state licensure, and experience in Home Health; lymphedema certification is a plus. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License
- BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
- Experience in Home Health is required
- Lymphedema certification is a plus
