Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and document care for injuries and chronic conditions in outpatient settings. Supervise discipline-specific therapy services, delegate tasks, and participate in student education and clinical mentorship while adhering to safety and compliance standards. Deliver patient-centered care focused on functional outcomes and community reintegration, including interdisciplinary communication and quality improvement activities. Maintain licensure and complete continuing education. Schedule includes 5x8 pattern with variable hours; recruiter contact required for assignment details.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program recognized by the APTA
- Active Pennsylvania state Physical Therapy license
- Minimum 1 year of outpatient (OP) physical therapy experience
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC
- Experience completing comprehensive evaluations, writing goals, and developing discharge-focused treatment plans
- Proficiency with timely, accurate medical record documentation including letters of medical necessity and charge entry
- Ability to supervise and delegate therapy services and to participate in student education and clinical mentorship
- Maintain professional licensure and complete state-mandated continuing education
