Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist for a 13-week outpatient orthopedics assignment in Huntington, IN. Requires PT degree (Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral) and an active Indiana PT license to start, with possible BLS certification. Responsibilities include comprehensive evaluations, writing functional treatment plans, and documenting per payer and clinic guidelines; supervision or mentoring of students or support staff is preferred. Required Qualifications
