Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist for Home Health assignments in Largo, MD. Provide in-home physical therapy services across the assigned geographic region, including patient evaluations, treatment planning, and in-home safety assessments. Requires PT degree and active MD license or compact eligibility; BLS may be required. Proficiency with EMR documentation and familiarity with OASIS is preferred. Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; travel to patient homes within the region is required. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active Maryland physical therapy license or compact eligibility required to start the assignment
- BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required
- Minimum of 1 year of recent home health physical therapy experience preferred
- Experience with documentation in electronic medical records (EMR) required
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel to patient homes within the assigned geographic region
