Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Job Summary
Provide outpatient physical therapy services to help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions in Surprise, AZ as part of a traveling PT team. Deliver evidence-based care, document patient progress, contribute to discharge planning and follow-up, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve patient function and quality of life. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active Arizona state license or ability to obtain state licensure prior to the start of the assignment
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
