Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist sought to help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. Responsibilities include supporting patient rehabilitation across outpatient, inpatient, and skilled nursing contexts, documenting in electronic medical records, and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team. Requires a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program, active New Jersey PT license, and BLS certification. Experience with orthopedic and neurological populations and EMR documentation is preferred. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active New Jersey state physical therapy license required to start the assignment
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in outpatient, skilled nursing, or inpatient settings preferred
- Experience with orthopedic and neurological patient populations preferred
- Demonstrated ability to document in electronic medical records (EMR)
- Ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team in a skilled nursing facility environment
