Job Summary
Conduct physical therapy services for patients recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions in hospital inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation settings. Maintain an active Ohio Physical Therapist license and provide BLS certification. Deliver care during day shifts from 08:00–18:00, with a preference for acute care experience and familiarity with outpatient/inpatient documentation systems. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active Ohio Physical Therapist license
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC
