Maintain professional licensure in good standing, complete state-mandated continuing education, and hold an active state license to start the assignment. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License
- Maintains professional licensure in good standing
