Job Summary
Travel PT opportunity in Home Health: provide physical therapy to patients in a home-health setting, evaluating and treating injuries and chronic conditions while working a Monday–Friday Days schedule. Requires an accredited PT degree (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral) and an active Maryland PT license, with optional BLS; prior home health and EMR experience (Kinnser/Wellsky) preferred. Travel approximately 25–30 miles daily; 40 hours/week for an initial 13-week contract with potential extension. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program recognized by the APTA
- Active Maryland Physical Therapy license
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC
- Home health experience preferred
- Kinnser/Wellsky EMR experience preferred
- Ability to travel 25–30 miles per day as part of the caseload
- Availability to work full time, 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks with potential to extend
