Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist needed for an outpatient orthopedics assignment in Walla Walla, WA. Responsibilities include providing therapy to outpatient orthopedic patients in an outpatient clinic, with 8-hour day shifts, a 36-hour guarantee, and potential up to 40 hours. Requires PT degree (Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral) and a WA license, with BLS potentially required. Not a new graduate; travelers with relevant outpatient experience are sought, with a local travel window defined as within 50 miles. Overtime must be approved by the director. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active Washington state license or licensure required to start the assignment
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- Minimum relevant outpatient orthopedic experience: client prefers outpatient experience; candidates with greater than 3 years may be considered Level 2
- Must not be a new graduate; First-time travelers are acceptable; PTA candidates are eligible for consideration
- Ability to work in an outpatient clinic environment serving outpatient orthopedic patients
- Must be within local/travel classification parameters defined by client (local considered 50 miles or less from candidate address to clinic)
- OT (overtime) must be approved by director prior to working
