Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist needed for a 13-week outpatient assignment in Jeffersonville, IN. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing and modifying treatment plans, documenting in the medical record, supporting patient and employee safety, and communicating with the team. Must hold a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA-approved program and an active Indiana PT license; BLS may be required. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active Indiana Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- No new graduates. Minimum recent clinical experience as required by client
- Experience in outpatient physical therapy setting preferred
- Demonstrated ability to evaluate patients, develop and implement treatment plans, perform functional outcome documentation, and write letters of medical necessity
- Ability to supervise and delegate to discipline-specific therapy staff and to participate in student education as assigned
- Maintain professional licensure and complete state-mandated continuing education per State Practice Act
