Job Summary
Traveling Physical Therapist in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting to provide rehabilitative services to geriatric residents. Deliver evidence-based interventions, document progress, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support safe discharge planning and improved patient outcomes. Requires a PT degree (AAPTA-approved) and active PA license to start, with BLS potentially required. Prior SNF/long-term care experience and ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for geriatric populations are preferred. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active Pennsylvania state Physical Therapist license required
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care settings preferred
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for geriatric populations preferred
