Job Summary
Deliver skilled rehabilitation services in a Metamora, IL skilled nursing facility, helping patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support recovery and functional independence for residents while ensuring documentation and adherence to facility policies and state regulations. Maintain an active Illinois Physical Therapy license and provide BLS certification as required. This travel assignment offers 100% paid housing, travel and license reimbursement, and weekly pay with a comprehensive benefits package including medical coverage and 401(k) matching.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active Illinois Physical Therapy license
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) settings
- Experience with documentation systems commonly used in post-acute care
- Previous travel therapy experience
- Experience treating geriatric populations and managing post-operative care
