Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Job Summary
Provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy care focused on patient-centered outcomes, managing a diverse caseload across musculoskeletal and post-operative populations. Assist patients in recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions within a collaborative team environment. Work Monday through Friday with shift hours from 08:00–16:30, with flexibility for 4x10-hour days, 5x8-hour days, or 4x9 plus one 4-hour day. Must be open to two evenings per week with coverage until 7:30 PM. Requires an active Massachusetts PT license, APTA-accredited degree, and at least three months of outpatient experience. Use Raintree EMR and complete required HealthStream modules prior to placement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active Massachusetts PT license
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC
- At least 3 months of outpatient physical therapy experience, or 1 year of PT experience in other clinical settings
- Completion of required HealthStream modules prior to placement
- Must be open to two evenings per week with coverage until 7:30 PM

Desired Qualifications
- Experience using Raintree EMR
- Productivity experience in the range of 55–63 patients per week
- Experience working varied schedules including extended hours
