Job Summary
Conduct physical therapy services for patients recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions in acute care or rehabilitation settings. Maintain an active state license, hold current CPR certification, and provide reliable transportation with a valid driver's license. Complete assignments in local travel roles across diverse settings nationwide, potentially utilizing ProVenture for contract management. Requires a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA-approved school and 1-2 years of relevant experience. Homecare Homebase experience is required. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
