Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist needed for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Laurel, MT to provide rehabilitative care for patients in a SNF setting. Responsibilities include helping patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, and supporting travel assignments with housing and license reimbursement. Requires a PT degree (Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral) and an active Montana PT license; BLS may be required. Required Qualifications
- Physical Therapy degree from an APTA-accredited program (Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral)
- Active Montana state PT license

- Previous travel therapy experience preferred
- Experience with documentation systems used in SNF settings preferred
