Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist assignment in an outpatient clinic in Murray, KY. Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, timely documentation to meet clinic and regulatory requirements, and contributing to a safe, team-oriented clinic environment focused on patient and employee safety. Requires outpatient experience, a relevant PT degree, and an active Kentucky PT license; BLS may be required. Shift pattern is 5x8. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active Kentucky physical therapy license required to start the assignment
- Outpatient experience required
- BLS certification may be required from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Demonstrated ability to complete comprehensive evaluations, develop functional treatment plans, and document in a timely manner per clinic and regulatory requirements
- Ability to supervise and delegate discipline-specific therapy tasks as appropriate
