Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Provide evaluation, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions to help patients recover function and manage chronic conditions. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to document patient progress and ensure continuity of care. Deliver personalized care plans, educate patients and caregivers, and contribute to measurable clinical outcomes while following evidence-based practice and facility protocols. Maintain timely documentation and adhere to facility policies as a licensed clinician. Work five 8-hour shifts per week from 08:30 to 16:30. Active Florida Physical Therapy license required; BLS certification preferred. Prior travel therapy experience and competency with therapeutic modalities, gait training, and restorative nursing programs are preferred.
