Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist delivering home health evaluations and plan of care; responsible for patient evaluations, plan of care development, progress notes, and documentation per agency policy. 36 hour weekly guarantee per client notes with mileage reimbursement provided. Shift: Days, 0800-1600. Coverage areas include Grant, Adams, and Lincoln counties. Location: Moses Lake, WA. Requires WA PT license, CPR certification, and a valid driver’s license with access to a dependable vehicle. Experience with home health visits and outpatient rehabilitation principles is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Current Physical Therapy licensure in the state of Washington
- Current CPR certification
- Current driver’s license and vehicle insurance
- Access to a dependable vehicle or public transportation
- Associate, Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Ability to function in home health environments
