Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist role in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Lakewood, NJ. You will provide therapy services to patients recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions, perform duties within a 5x8 day shift (08:30–16:30), and demonstrate proficiency with EMR documentation and long-term care records. Requires a PT degree (BS, MS, or DPT) and an active NJ PT license; BLS may be required. Required Qualifications

- Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings preferred.
- Competency with documentation in electronic medical records; experience with long-term care documentation preferred.
