Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist needed for a 13-week contract across multiple skilled nursing facilities in central Illinois. Responsibilities include providing patient care to geriatric populations, managing documentation in electronic medical records, and rotating among facilities in Tuscola, Arcola, and Bement. Requires an active Illinois PT license (BLS may be required) and willingness to cover days shifts (0830-1630) with 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program recognized by the APTA
- Active Illinois Physical Therapist license
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC (may be required)
- Experience in skilled nursing facility settings preferred
- Experience with geriatric patient populations and restorative nursing programs preferred
- Ability to manage documentation in electronic medical records preferred
- Willingness to split assignment across multiple nearby facilities (Tuscola, Arcola, Bement) as part of a rota is required
