Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist opportunity in Lewisburg, WV for a Home Health assignment. The therapist will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while working on a 26-week contract in a Home Health setting. Requires a Physical Therapy degree (Bachelor's/Master's/Doctoral) and an active WV State PT license, with BLS potentially required. COS-C exam course prior to start is encouraged, and prior Home Health experience with outcome measures and OASIS documentation is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active WV State Physical Therapy License required to start the assignment
- BLS Certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- Home Health experience preferred
- COS-C exam course (OASIS/COS-C) prior to beginning the assignment
- Submit an up-to-date resume to be considered
- Preferred: prior experience with outcome measures and OASIS documentation in home health settings
