Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist role in Basin, WY focusing on patient-centered rehabilitation across outpatient and other care settings. Responsible for evaluating and treating patients to support functional gains, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, and contributing to safe discharge planning. Requires Wyoming PT license and BLS; outpatient, inpatient, SNF, home health, or schools experience is relevant. Typical schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–4:30 pm with a 30-minute lunch; benefits include medical coverage, 401(k) matching, travel and license reimbursement, housing assistance where available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active Wyoming physical therapy license required to start the assignment
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- Experience working in outpatient settings preferred
- Experience across outpatient, inpatient, SNF, home health, or schools is relevant and may be considered
- Ability to manage a caseload of approximately 8–10 patients per day
