Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist position in Russellville, AR delivering home health care. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing and implementing PT plans of care, and documenting per state and agency guidelines; coordinate with the interdisciplinary team; may supervise home health aides or PTAs when allowed by state regulation. Requires an active Arkansas PT license, home health/OASIS experience, and BLS/CPR certification. Shift hours are 2000-0400 with a 32-hour weekly guarantee; travel within Johnson, Logan, Yell, and Pope counties; mileage reimbursed between visits. Required Qualifications
- Active Arkansas physical therapy license required to start the assignment
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Home health and OASIS experience required
- BLS/CPR certification required
- Ability to travel within the agency service area covering parts of Johnson, Logan, Yell, and Pope counties
- Must be able to complete patient evaluations, develop PT plans of care, and document per state and agency guidelines
- Ability to participate in schedule flexibility, including weekend rotation and potential holiday availability as needed
