Job Summary
Provide skilled physical therapy services in a skilled nursing setting. Responsibilities include patient evaluation, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, documenting progress, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and supporting restorative and discharge goals. Requires PT degree and New Jersey license; BLS certification may be required. Assignment is a travel contract with shift hours 08:30–16:30, typically 5 shifts per week, 8 hours per shift. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active New Jersey physical therapy license required to start the assignment
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
