Job Summary
Travel Physical Therapist needed for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Rockville, MD. Responsibilities include overseeing patient recovery, gait training, transfer training, therapeutic exercise, and use of assistive devices for adult and geriatric populations. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA
- Active Maryland Physical Therapist license
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC required or must be obtained prior to start
- Experience working in skilled nursing facility environments preferred
- Demonstrated competency with gait training, transfer training, therapeutic exercise, and use of assistive devices
- Minimum of one year of clinical experience treating adult and geriatric populations preferred
