Licensed Physical Therapist needed for outpatient setting in Westfield, MA. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active MA state physical therapy license required to start the assignment

- Experience in outpatient physical therapy required
- Demonstrated competency with evaluations, goal writing, documentation, and letters of medical necessity
- Ability to follow physician orders and work within insurance authorizations
- Adherence to professional codes of conduct and state practice act
