Job Summary
Conduct physical therapy services for patients recovering from injuries and managing chronic conditions while traveling to new locations. Deliver care Monday through Thursday from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, working a 30-hour weekly schedule. Maintain an active state license and hold a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school. BLS certification may be required. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
- Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
- 30 hours per week needed
- Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Level 2 background screening is Florida's highest level of background check and is required by Section 435.04 of Florida Statues for individuals working in positions of responsibility or trust
