Travel Physical Therapist in a skilled nursing setting performing patient evaluations, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, educating patients and families, monitoring progress, and maintaining accurate documentation. New graduates are welcome. Responsibilities emphasize rehabilitation, mobility, independence, and quality of life through person-centered care and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- Valid and unrestricted Physical Therapist license for Florida
- Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required
- Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
